Gold Disk
Gold Disks are CUE's oldest recognition program.  The first Gold Disk was awarded in 1983 and since that time many members of the organization have received this honor. A Gold Disk is a recognition of the recipient's contributions to CUE and to technology in learning.

Outstanding Teacher
The Computer Using Educator (CUE) Outstanding Teacher award recognizes a classroom teacher who has a noteworthy contribution to educational technology in a classroom setting. Using technology to support standards-based curriculum is the key element in this award. Nominees must be classroom teachers and CUE members in good standing. Award winner will become CUE's nominee for the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Outstanding Teacher Award.

Legislative Advocacy & Legislator of the Year Award

The Legislative Advocacy/Legislator of the Year Award is presented to any combination of members of the state and/or federal legislature and their staffs. Persons selected are those who have made sustained and/or extraordinary efforts in promoting the educational use of technology to advance student achievement through legislation, successful defense of funding or other legislation related to education that supports CUE's mission and membership.
