It is a privilege to have this opportunity to be a candidate for the CUE Board of Directors. I have a deep passion working with and for teachers to advance student learning through individualized, real-world application and collaboration I’ve been involved with CUE as a member, conference volunteer and giving service as a National Conference Planning committee member. With the growth of the conferences, and CUEs professional development and certification courses, more teachers will benefit from the collaboration, and students ultimately win.
I have experienced many roles throughout my career in education to give service and support our organization with this growth. As a researcher and author, I have seen statistically relevant practices utilized in classrooms. As a classroom teacher, I have experienced the challenges to meeting the needs of each individual student. As a coach, national consultant and content developer I gained the greatest gift of understanding- no one does it alone. I am a business woman and entrepreneur and would love to utilize these experiences to help further the mission of CUE.
I am ready to serve you – and would be honored to have your support to help me serve this organization that we all care so deeply about.
