The CUE 2017 Conference hosted 7,000 attendees,
and we are expecting similar numbers for our CUE 2018 Conference.

Advertise in Conference Materials
Many sponsorship opportunities exist in and beyond the CUE Conference. An organization is required to exhibit in order to sponsor the conference.

Opportunities exist to purchase conference program advertisements and other advertising opportunities. An organization is required to exhibit in order to advertise. More information can be found on our Conference Advertising page.

Unlike other educational technology conferences, CUE Conferences allow selling in their exhibit areas. Decision-making educators and school administrators come prepared to purchase hardware, software and classroom materials.

*Booths do not include internet or electricity, these items are available at an additional fee.

Exhibitors that have products or services directly related to educational technology and/or curriculum are cordially invited to exhibit at the CUE Conferences. Such products and services include but are not limited to:

  • Hardware (computer systems, peripherals, audio visual)
  • Educational software (administrative and instructional)

  • Digital content providers
  • Internet products and services
  • Network products and services
  • Professional organizations related to technology in education
  • Educational institutions offering advanced degrees

Companies providing products and services not included in the above list may still be eligible for participation but should contact CUE, for approval prior to submitting an application for booth space.




Who attends the National Conference?

Educators, technology coordinators, TOSAs, administrators, and those who are looking to see how technology can support student achievement.

Expected attendance for the National conference is around 7,000 people  making this a sell-out event.


How do I register for a booth at the National Conference?

We are very excited to announce that we now have a vendor’s portal, where it expedites the process for vendors to register for a booth. You would first have to fill out the booth application once we receive your request, we will assign your booth, then you can proceed to make a payment to secure your booth space. Can Exhibitors have an opportunity to present a session?

Yes, Exhibitors are welcome to purchase a 1 hour commercial session, or room session that includes (4 sessions for either Thursday or Friday, or 2 sessions for Saturday. Please note, that our sessions like our booths are first come first serve, and we


Is Internet and Electricity included with my booth purchase?

Internet and electricity are not included with your booth purchase, internet can be purchased when you fill out the booth request form via the exhibitors portal.
Once you become a confirmed exhibitor, you will receive the exhibitor's kit that contains the information and pricing for electricity.


Can exhibitors attend sessions or other conference events?

Yes. Your badge is a full conference registration.


Are there discounts available for nonprofit organizations?

CUE offers 50% off standard booth pricing to non profit organizations who provide proof of 501 (c)(3) status.


What is included with my booth purchase?

Each 10x10 Standard, Aisle/Corner and Priority booth purchase includes: 4 exhibitor conference badges, 8’ high back wall, 36” high side rails, plus a sign featuring the Exhibitor’s company name, 6’ draped table, and 2 side chairs. Twenty-four-hour general security is provided.


What is the booth cancellation policy?

Prior to December 16, 2017 — 25% fee on cancelled space; between December 16, 2017, and January 6, 2018 — 40% fee on cancelled space; after January 6, 2018 — no refund. Except as the Exhibitor’s rental obligation may be reduced as set forth in the preceding sentence, the Exhibitor is responsible for total booth rental irrespective of the reason for the cancellation by the Exhibitor because of the failure of an Exhibit to arrive for any reason. Sessions and Rooms are non-refundable.
