2008 LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

Peg Portscheller

In partnership with CA-ASCD (California Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development), CUE, Inc. proudly presents a Leadership Summit for all instructional leaders at the site or district level. This highly interactive, dynamic presentation with Peg Portscheller focuses on integrating technology and data gathering to change instruction. Peg is a nationally-renowned consultant whose expertise in leadership strategies and work with the Center for Performance Assessment has helped administrators get the very best from their schools and districts. This presentation is not a ‘sit and get’ event, but a give-andtake
session where audience response systems will engage the attendees and invite them to interact with the presenters. Educators seem to be “drowning in data”, but what to do with the data is rarely explained. This session takes the data and helps leaders design a program where real “data-driven instruction”
takes place.

Who Should Attend?  All school, district, and county leaders involved in curriculum, instruction, and assessment. This includes: superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, directors and coordinators.

Summit sponsored by Qwizdom, Inc.
