Palm Springs has lots of activities to help you get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. On Thursday night, you can visit the old-fashioned street fair on Palm Canyon Drive, filled with music, food, and crafts. If you enjoy the great outdoors, try the hiking or biking trails at the Coachella Valley Preserve, or pick up trail maps at the Palm Springs Visitor Information Center or the Leisure Center. For indoor activities, check out the Palm Springs Desert Museum, the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, and the many galleries in town. Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check in the amount equaling a deposit for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Tax is currently 15.6% and is subject to change. Housing forms received without a valid guarantee, deposit will not be processed.

Changes and Cancellations
One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee arrival date or the individual hotel cancellation policy noted on the attendee acknowledgement letter.
