The CUE Conference housing deadline is January 26, 2009. 

Palm Springs has lots of activities to help you get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. On Thursday night, you can visit the old-fashioned street fair on Palm Canyon Drive, filled with music, food, and crafts. If you enjoy the great outdoors, try the hiking or biking trails at the Coachella Valley Preserve, or pick up trail maps at the Palm Springs Visitor Information Center or the Leisure Center. For indoor activities, check out the Palm Springs Desert Museum, the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, and the many galleries in town. Finally, relax to some live music at one of the various sidewalk cafes downtown.

The hotels below are offering special conference rates if you book your reservations by January 26, 2009. Rates listed are per night, single or double occupancy. All rooms are subject to 13.5% tax, utility tax and resort fee.**

All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival. Should you need to make any changes or cancellations please let the hotels know a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival for no penalty. No purchase orders accepted. NOTE: Hotels require a one-night deposit.

Changes and Cancellations
Prior to the January 26, 2009 deadline, you may make changes or cancellations in writing with Attendeez. After the deadline, please make changes or cancellations directly with the hotel, after you have received your confirmation.

If you are not using a credit card wait for an acknowledgment from Attendeez and then send first night's deposit directly to hotel. Failure to guarantee within two weeks will result in cancellation of reservation. DO NOT send checks or purchase orders to Attendeez. You will receive acknowledgment from Attendeez in two weeks by US mail.

Please Note:
  • No purchase orders!
  • Do not send checks to CUE, Inc.
  • Send all required deposits to your assigned hotel by the date noted on your confirmation or your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Hotels require one night deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Attendeez is authorized to use this credit card to guarantee the reservation with a one night deposit. To avoid being charged for one night, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Please submit written cancellation to housing Attendeez by January 26, 2009, and call hotel thereafter.

PARKING Palm Springs Convention Center - Parking is available for $4 per day with in-and-out privileges.

The Palm Springs Convention Center is served by the Palm Springs Airport.

SAVE EVEN MORE:
In many cases, it is more economical to fly into another airport than directly into Palm Springs.  Ontario Airport is an alternate destination being an hour away from Palm Springs
