A noted speaker, writer, consultant and game designer in the areas of education and learning, Marc Prensky coined the digital native and immigrants theory, wrote Don't Bother Me Mom I'm Learning , and has created over 50 software games for learning as well as the first fast-action videogame-based training tools. He holds master's degrees in teaching and business.

A former 22-year educator , Will Richardson assists educators in incorporating read/write web tools in the classroom. His blog, Weblogg-ed.com, is a well-known resource for K-12 educators; his best-selling book, Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts and Other Powerful Tools for Classrooms, is used by thousands of teachers. Will presents a fresh vision of what schools can and must become.

Carol Anne McGuire
In Carol Anne McGuire's classroom, her students (who happen to be blind and visually impaired) create award-winning movies and co-produce multimedia projects with students in other countries, buoyed by the class motto, "Vision does NOT require sight!" She is an Apple Distinguished Educator and Lead Rocker of "Rock Our World," a 20-country student project.
