With over twenty (20) years of K12 experience, I have demonstrated notable instructional, management, and program leadership from classroom to state levels:

• As a K-8 classroom teacher- I have earned a local and national reputation as a passionate educator who designs rigorous, engaging, and innovative 21st Century learning environments for students. 
• As a K12 professional development provider and regional grants manager - I deliver small-to-large scale training programs in support of students, teachers, and administrators via face-to-face and online. 
• As a K12 educational technology leader (district, county, regional, and state) - I am known as a dedicated, collaborative team-builder who can be counted on to provide high-quality services and products to diverse groups of students and educators. 

For these reasons, I was awarded CUE’s state award for Technology in Learning Leadership in 2009. A firm believer in promoting partnerships amongst education-business-community, I have tapped valuable resources and services for the betterment of classrooms and school systems with such partners as CTAP, CDE's Ed Tech Office, CUE, ISTE, Yahoo!, Adobe, Discovery, National SemiConductor, AOL, and Intel. Knowing full-well the power of joining forces with business and professional organizations, it is also essential to keep a steady eye and ear to the needs of our individual CUE members and affiliates as we continue to build a stronger, service-oriented CUE organization. A fifteen-year CUE member, advocate, and presenter at the local CUE (SVCUE affiliate) and state CUE, I am committed to serving the CUE organization and its members by applying my:
