What comes with your CUE 2016 Fall Conference Registration?


Your Full CUE 2016 Fall Conference registration includes the Opening Session Keynote, Closing Session Keynote, over 300 speaker presentations, CUE Tips, Student-Powered Showcase, lunch, coffee each morning, and 20 sponsor kiosks with the latest in educational technology. For additional fees, you can attend
 one or more Academies and/or Rock Star Jam Sessions. 


Saturday-only Conference Registration includes Closing Session Keynote, over 125 speaker presentations, Student-Powered Showcase, lunch, and coffee in the morning. For additional fees, you can attend one or more Academies and/or Rock Star Jam Sessions. 

 

How to Register - We do not accept purchase orders and will return any registrations that are submitted with a PO. Please follow instructions "Mail pay by check" below.

Register online. Register for the conference with a Visa/MasterCard. Deadline for online pre-registration is October 6, 2016 or until CUE 2016 Fall Conference is sold-out. Your registration is complete ONLY when you have received a confirmation on the screen. You will receive an email from CUE with a barcode for badge pickup and confirmation of your registration. If you do not receive an email confirmation after your registration process, please contact the CUE office at 925/478-3460.  

To register by credit card (Visa/MasterCard only) or eCheck:
  1. Click here
  2. If not logged in, log in using your CUE.org account or create a new CUE.org account (To create a new account, simply input your current email address and a password you'd like to use for your CUE.org account - just as if you were going to login. Then, instead of clicking "login", click on "Create New Account").
  3. Confirm your account information and make any necessary updates. This information may be printed on your badge. Please check for accuracy.
  4. Proceed to view conference other activities options.
  5. Once complete click on "Checkout." 
  6. Enter your credit card or eCheck information and then click "Authorize."
  7. After authorizing payment, you will be presented with a confirmation of your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you with your registration barcode and confirmation.





MAIL - PAY BY CHECK

Pre-Registration DEADLINE September 29, 2016 or until the conference sells out. In order to be eligible for mail-in registration, your registration form must be postmarked by September 29, 2016. Any mail received in the CUE office after this postmark date will be charged late registration pricing (if not sold out). Once we process your registration, you will receive an email from CUE with a barcode for badge pickup and confirmation of your registration. If you do not receive an email confirmation from CUE by October 7, please contact the CUE office at 925/478-3460.  

 

To register by check:

  1. Click here
  2.   6. Verify your shopping basket is correct.
  7. Print your shopping basket by clicking "Printer Friendly". Print your registration form shopping basket and mail the form with a check to the CUE office. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL THE FORM/CHECK ARE RECEIVED IN THE CUE OFFICE.
  8. If you need to send your shopping basket to your purchasing agent, click "email this shopping basket to..." Your purchasing agent can print the email and mail the form with a check to the CUE office. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL THE FORM/CHECK ARE RECEIVED IN THE CUE OFFICE.
  9. This process does not register you for the conference nor does it reserve your seat. You are not registered for the conference until your check is received in the CUE office. Once your check is received a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  10. No payment will be processed without the accompanying printed shopping basket form. We suggest printing these instruction for your reference during the registration process.

GROUP REGISTRATION

To register a group with one check, please have the members of your group follow the "to register by check" instructions above. Have them choose the "email this shopping basket to..." option and email the group representative. The group representative will need to mail ALL the shopping basket forms with a check to the CUE office by September 29, 2016 or until the conference sells out. In order to be eligible for mail-in registration, your group packet must be postmarked by September 29, 2016. Any mail received in the CUE office after this postmark date will be charged late registration pricing (if not sold-out). Once we process your registration, each member will receive an email from CUE with a barcode for badge pickup and confirmation of your registration. If they do not receive an email confirmation from CUE by October 7, please contact the CUE office at 925/478-3460. 

 

CONFIRMATIONS: Registrants will receive an individual email identifying the items for which they have confirmed reservations. The confirmation will have a badge barcode that you need for badge pickup. You can print the email or use your device on-site to scan the barcode. Contact the CUE office if you do not receive a confirmation email notice by October 7, 2016.

These emails may be blocked as spam. Please whitelist "confirm@cue.org" as a sender to avoid missing this email.

CUE Fall Conference Registration Fees

Membership
You must be a current member at the time of the conference to qualify for the current membership rate. To confirm yours, log in. Your membership expiration date appears in the top right of the blue box.  If your membership expiration is October 31, 2016 or later, you are a current member. If it is not, you will need to pay the New/Renewing Member or Non-Member fee. You may also contact the CUE office to locate your membership expiration date at 925/478-3460 or e-mail cueinc@cue.org.

Badge Pickup
Badge pickup is available during the following dates & times in the Library located in the Administration Building. Please make sure to have your badge barcode from your confirmation for badge pickup. If you forget your barcode you can pick up your badge with your name and/or email.
  • Thursday, October 27: 5:30 - 7:00 pm
  • Friday, October 28: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Saturday, October 29: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm



Refund/Transfer Policy - please read carefully

CUE will retain the $40 membership fee, and a $50 data processing fee on all refund/transfer requests made by September 29, 2016. No refunds will be issued for amounts under $30. No refund/transfer requests will be honored after September 29, 2016.

Conference activities requiring pre-registration such as academies/workshops are not refundable. 

Please note:
  • All refunds will be made to the registrant whose name appears on the registration form, regardless of who paid the fees.
  • All refunds are issued in the form of a check. We do not apply refunds to credit cards.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund check to arrive. 
  • Refund/transfer requests postmarked after September 29, 2016 will not be honored.
  • Refund/transfer requests will not be processed on-site at the conference.
  • No refunds for Academies/Workshops/Jam Sessions.
  • Deadline to request refunds/transfers in writing is September 29, 2016. After September 29, 2016, refunds/transfers will not be honored.

 

Photo Release

Attendee grants permission to CUE to utilize attendee's image or likeness in any still photography, any live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction (including audio) in whole or in part of the event for any purpose.
