CUE LAUNCH for Google Suite for Education

Meeting One Meeting Two Training Days Meeting Three Request

    Rock Star Admin

CUE LAunch - modern PD
The CUE Launch program is a fresh, new approach to meaningful implementation of your use of the Google Education Suite.
The DNA of the CUE Launch is built around these concepts:
Two days of slide-free, gamified (powered by ChromeWarrior), collaborative, hands-on and pedagogically sound work. All Launch events are lead by Google Certified Trainers in a multi-contact, transformative process that will orient educators to pass the Google Educator Level 1 Exam. Hands-on, small cohorts (up to twenty-five), coupled with on-going support mean a powerful experience for educators.
Because CUE Launch is not a "one and done" professional development, your educators will have a deeper, richer change in their classroom pedagogy.

      Meeting One

 Launch Meeting One
In a Google Hangout, the host district Admin/Leadership team meets with their Launch Team.

Meeting one establishes:
– District goals and objectives
– Establishing the timeline
– Understanding the “lay of the land” with the Launch cohort

  Meeting Two

Launch Meeting Two
The Launch Lead Learner meets with the cohort via Google Hangout. This is key for getting educators in the "right mindset"

– Launch prepares people to learn ahead of the event, so learning is maximized.
– The cohort interacts with the Launch Lead Learner
– The cohort does prerequisites via Chromewarrior - maximizing learning time and reinforcing that Launch build skills quickly
– The cohort learns the goals and skills planned for their two days of work
Chrome Warrior
Chrome Warrior is a web-based professional development application that uses gamification to encourage teachers, administrators or staff to acquire new skills and experience. By providing a fun, competitive, self-paced environment to track professional development, Chrome Warrior helps players acquire new skills that they can apply in the classroom and across the district.
