CUE and OCDE Extend Common Core Leadership Summit Registration to California Superintendents

Walnut Creek, CA., July 30, 2013 -- Computer-Using Educators, Inc. (CUE) and the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) are extending a complimentary, non-transferable registration to all California Superintendents to attend the Core Leadership Summit: Blended and Personalized Learning on August 15, 2013 in Costa Mesa, Calif.

The summit is a one-day event designed to provide learning opportunities for school leaders preparing to shift to Common Core and computer-adaptive assessments. A dynamic lineup of speakers is scheduled for the summit including Dr. Eric Mazur of Harvard University who will provide the keynote on Personalizing Learning.

Others include Barbara Nemko, Napa County Superintendent of Schools, Alan November, Educational Innovator, Catlin Tucker, Author and Teacher, and Dr. Beverly Young, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Academic Affairs, CSU and Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium Executive Committee.

In addition to the complimentary, non-transferable registration for Superintendents, CUE and OCDE are offering discounted registrations for teams of three or more from the same school or district.
