CUE Announces Education Technology Professional Development Blog

September 25, 2012

Computer-Using Educators (CUE, Inc.) announces the addition of their blog to its suite of Educational Technology Professional Development tools.

Walnut Creek, CA - CUE, known for their innovation in sharing technology with teachers, educators and students, “follows their own lessons” by utilizing this knowledge to educate, stimulate and engage the educational community in ongoing professional development.

The CUE Blog is the newest addition to the educational technology professional development suite. The blog, found at http://blog.cue.org is intended as a lively platform for guest bloggers, staff and members to interact with more in-depth, indexed and permanent content. While social media platforms tend to be “live” for relatively brief periods, the CUE Blog content will be permanently available and searchable.

In addition to the new blog, CUE has a dynamic Twitter community (http://twitter.com/cueinc), a growing and engaged Facebook page (http://facebook.com/cueinc) and its own iPhone and Android apps for its quarterly members-only publication OnCUE Journal (http://www.cue.org/oncue), and digital version, OnCUE+. OnCUE has become a focal point for guest educators to share their successes and innovations.

CUE is committed to advancing Ed Tech Professional Development for teachers and educators. CUE’s new vibrant blogging platform will help advance this cause by creating a central resource center that highlights the best of CUE’s educational resources.
