Walnut Creek, CA., February 25, 2016 -- CUE is honored to announce its partnership with the SXSWedu® Conference & Festival taking place in Austin, Texas, March 7-10, 2016. This year, CUE will offer two exciting sessions during the four-day event.
Jon Corippo, CUE Director of Academic Innovation, and Jo-Ann Fox, co-creator of #CAEDCHAT, will host the CUE Lesson Maker’s Faire Meet Up, scheduled for Monday, March 7, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The team will share several GREAT lesson plan ideas both live and on the web, with time built into the session to meet with other educators and share ideas. Educators should bring their own innovative lessons and get some awesome new lesson plans too. In addition, Mike Lawrence, CUE CEO, will present an extension of his TEDx talk “Reclaim the Teachers' Lounge” as a Future15 session on Tuesday, March 8, in the Austin Convention Center, Room 15.
The SXSWedu® Conference & Festival fosters innovation in learning by hosting a diverse and energetic community of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds in education. The four-day event affords registrants open access to engaging sessions, interactive workshops, hands on learning experiences, film screenings, early stage startups and a host of networking opportunities.
