The OnCUE Journal is published four times a year and provides the latest tips on new hardware and software, up-to-date legislative information, articles on successful school-based technology programs, and a host of other timely, useful information. It is mailed to our current membership, including technology-using educators throughout California, the United States and the world.

OnCUE Writers Guidelines
Style Notes
Our focus audience is comprised of educators and others (primarily members of Computer-Using Educators) interested in advancing student achievement through technology. OnCUE follows Chicago style, uses active, direct voice; encourages use of subheads throughout stories, and provides names, titles and affiliations for those cited.

Deadlines
Issues are planned three months in advance and writers are given one month to complete assignment. There is a 2-month lead time for advertising and Calendar listings. News items are reviewed daily. Unsolicited articles are due two weeks before the Editorial and Ad Order deadlines above. Please contact Sara Armstrong (oncue@cue.org) with your article idea before you start writing.

How to File
Email your story to Sara Armstrong at oncue@cue.org as a plain text attachment (or in the body of an email). Add any auxiliary information at the bottom of the story file. Include your name at the top on any attachments, a 600x800 dpi photo of yourself, and any supplementary materials.

Changes or Corrections
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their articles. If corrections need to be made after submission, please inform the editor in writing as soon as possible. Because of our publishing schedule we are not able to send authors copies of their edited articles for approval before publication. We reserve the right to edit any article submitted.

Reprints
CUE occasionally grants permission to other publications to reprint articles. Please contact CUE to request reprint permission.
