Raymond Chavez has been a teacher, instructional specialist, and administrator in public education the past 25 years.  He is currently the director of Instructional Technology Outreach division at the Los Angeles County Office of Education. He is also currently state chair of the California Technology Assistance Project.

He has a B.A. in History, M.A. in Education, and recently earned his Doctorate in Education Leadership and Administration with a special emphasis in Technology.

He has presented at numerous technology conferences, taught classes, and consulted on issues related to the use of technology in public schools.
