As a Platinum Corporate Member, you will receive our highest level of logo’ed exposure at our annual conference, in addition to all of the other benefits of Platinum Corporate Membership.  Deadline to submit for bag recognition is November 17, 2008.

* CUE Live! Conference Internet TV Show
Sponsor will receive recognition in interviews of the top presenters and thinkers attending the CUE Conference. For the last three years, WestEd and CUE have partnered with to offer these webcasts.  Previous to 2007, KZOWebcasting, a subsidary of KidzOnline was a partner as well.

* Special Award for the CUE Outstanding Teacher of the Year
The CUE Outstanding Teacher award recognizes a classroom teacher who has a noteworthy contribution to educational technology in a classroom setting. You can be a sponsor of this special award. Winners of this honor go on to be considered by ISTE for the National Outstanding Teacher award. More information.

* CUE Ball
Win the hearts of every conference attendee (who likes to eat and drink) with a CUE Ball sponsorship. The Ball takes place in the early evening on Friday, March 6, 2009.

* Volunteer Reception
Held adjacent to the CUE Ball, the volunteer reception positions you in front of the volunteers and leaders responsible for putting the CUE Conference on!

* K-12 High Speed Network room
K12HSN is a state program which provides network connectivity, Internet services, teaching and learning application coordination, and videoconferencing coordination and support for California's K-12 community.  Network and Internet services are extended to 74% (7,039) of schools, 89% (887) of school districts, and 100% (58) of county offices of education in California, which provide direct service to nearly 4.8 million students. Sponsorship includes one, one hour session in the room and a table to distribute material.

* Speakers Ready Room
The CUE conference offers over 200 sessions.  You will have direct access to these speakers.  A table will be provided for you to distribute material.

* Exhibitor Lounge
The annual CUE Conference has over 200 booth spaces, filled by the most innovative and forward thinking Education Technology vendors across the country. Sponsoring the exhibitor lounge would provide you with direct access to exhibitors away from their busy booths. You would be given two tables inside the lounge, and would be free to conduct meetings, distribute materials and enjoy the atmosphere of the premier Ed Tech Conference on the West Coast in style.

* Corporate Room
Looking to showcase your product or service at the Annual CUE Conference in Palm Springs? CUE is offering spaces for interested vendors to purchase rooms for meetings or sessions. The room would allow your corporation to present your product in the best possible light. A projector, screen and a single wired Internet drop is included. If you require any additional AV or electrical you would need to arrange separate billing and logistic with CUE before November 7, 2008.  Your sessions will be also included in the conference program/addendum and listed as commercial sessions (if you meet publishing deadlines). A table will be provided for you to distribute your material.  Fee: $2,500/day (only $2,000 on Thursday).

Looking to showcase your product or service with a one-hour session at the Annual CUE Conference in Palm Springs?  CUE is offering spaces for interested vendors to purchase a session. * Student Technology Showcase
This co-sponsored event of CUE, CTAP, and the CDE will again be a featured event at the CUE Conference in Palm Springs on Saturday, March 8, 2008.  It will showcase student projects using technology from CTAP Regions and EAST Projects and is open to the public at no charge. Sponsorships are also available for the showcase video kiosks, to be distributed throughout the Convention Center and Wyndham Hotel! Click for more information.

  • Platinum Plus $4,000 - includes a 30 second spot on a rotating basis in showcase video kiosk and a one-hour session
  • Platinum: $1,000 - includes a 30 second spot on a rotating basis in showcase video kiosk

OnCUE is published quarterly.  The Spring issue will be displayed and distributed to conference attendees at the CUE booth. Click for more information.

* Conference Packet Inserts
Conference Packet Inserts/Flyers/Catalogs are placed in each CUE bag and distributed to each attendee at the conference.  Deadline is Feb. 13, 2009 for payment.  Shipping of inserts is the week of Feb. 16-20, 2009.

* Donate a Raffle item or Conference Packet Supplies
Interested in donating a raffle item?  Items over a $250 value are accepted.  How about supplying a pencil or note pad?  Items donated for the registration packet should cover for all attendees.
