2010 CUE Conference Sponsors

Tier 1 Sponsors - $10,000

You will receive our highest level of logo’ed exposure at our annual conference, in addition to becoming a Platinum Corporate Member. Deadline to submit for bag recognition is November 19, 2010.

* CUE Live! Conference Webcast & Podcast
Sponsor will receive recognition in interviews of the top presenters and thinkers attending the CUE Conference.

* General Session
CUE conducts an opening and closing General Session. We will honor our award winners, volunteers as well as have a Keynote Speaker.

* President's Reception
Be in front of the leaders of CUE at the Presidents Reception, Wednesday night, March 16, 2011 from 7:30 pm - 9 pm. CUE will provide you a moment to welcome guests and toast to the conference.

* CUE Ball
Win the hearts of every conference attendee. The Ball takes place in the early evening on Thursday, March 17, 2011.

* Volunteer Reception
The volunteer reception positions you in front of the volunteers and leaders responsible for putting the CUE Conference on! Friday, March 18, 2011.

* K-12 High Speed Network room
K12HSN is a state program which provides network connectivity, Internet services, teaching and learning application coordination, and videoconferencing coordination and support for California's K-12 community. Network and Internet services are extended to 74% (7,039) of schools, 89% (887) of school districts, and 100% (58) of county offices of education in California, which provide direct service to nearly 4.8 million students. Sponsorship includes one, one hour session in the room and a table to distribute material.

* Speakers Ready Room
The CUE conference offers over 200 sessions. You will have direct access to these speakers. A table will be provided for you to distribute material.

* Corporate Room
Looking to showcase your product or service at the Annual CUE Conference in Palm Springs? CUE is offering spaces for interested vendors to purchase rooms for meetings, sessions, or workshops. The room would allow your corporation to present your product in the best possible light. A projector, screen and a single wired Internet drop is included. Your sessions will be also included in the conference program/addendum and listed as commercial sessions (if you meet publishing deadlines). A table will be provided for you to distribute your materials. Fee: $2,500/day (only $2,000 on Thursday).

* Diverse Learners Symposium
The Diverse Learners Symposium will expand your outreach to the Assistive Technology Community and to those seeking to increase their knowledge of Universal Design for Learning and implementation of Assistive Technology supports that expand the world of language and access to learning for students with disabilities. Sponsorship includes a table to distribute collateral.

* Special Interest Group Reception
Have an opportunity to network directly with any of our special interest groups on Thursday of the CUE conference.

* CUE Festival
Celebrate student media from across California and Nevada. You will be provided with a table to mingle with festival goers! Wednesday night before the CUE Conference.

This co-sponsored event of CUE, CTAP, and the CDE will showcase student projects using technology from CTAP Regions and EAST Projects on Saturday, March 19, 2011. The event is open to the public at no charge. Sponsorship levels:

Silver $2,500 - includes a 30 second spot on a rotating basis in showcase video kiosk
Bronze: $1,000 - includes a 30 second spot on a rotating basis in showcase video kiosk
Blue: $500 - includes a 15 second spot on a rotating basis in showcase video kiosk
