Scott Smith currently serves the Visalia Unified School District as the director of Instructional Technology. He is actively involved in staff development work for his district and the greater south San Joaquin Valley region. His work with computers began a score ago as the proprietor of the district's first computer lab. Since then, Scott has made his mark as an innovator of instructional design, which have been showcased at Fresno Pacific University's summer technology festivals.
