Sharon Sutton
Sharon Sutton currently serves as the Technology Coordinator for Seeds
University Elementary School—UCLA’s laboratory school. She has been a
classroom teacher, outreach facilitator and have provided technology
training for numerous districts as a consultant. Her experiences have
allowed her to create a vision to support teachers in the integration
of technology into instruction. This vision has manifested itself in a
professional development institute that weaves together project-based
learning, information literacy, and technology. Creating a Thinking
Curriculum Institute, now in it’s seventh year, won the 2002 national
award from SBC/Partners in Education for the successful integration of
technology into instruction.
